We are seeking an enthusiastic Support Assistant, who prides themselves on quality customer service, to join our Bundaberg Office. This is an entry level role and is suitable for someone interested in developing a career in Business Administration.

Ideal candidate will be able to start by the 7 July or earlier.

In this role, you will complete:

* Incoming and outgoing mail
* Reception relief and domestic duties (general office tidiness and hospitality tasks)
* Organising catering and completing purchase orders
* Banking, filing, and office errands

This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. As this role involves running errands around town during business hours, the successful candidate must have a current Driver's license and own car (or close to obtaining).

Desired Skills and Experience

* Exceptional people skills and telephone etiquette
* "No fuss attitude" to completing hospitality and cleaning tasks
* High levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and attention to detail (for domestic duties)
* Ability to demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills
* Courteous, respectful, and friendly disposition
* Experience working as part of a team
* Effective written and oral communication skills
