The role is responsible for hiring our support workers within our Homecare Division. If you're highly organised, adaptable, and detail-obsessed, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
Your Role
In this role you'll be recruiting support workers across the Mid North Coast and New England areas. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone with a passion for admin, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work at speed while juggling multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support and candidate screening
Ensure compliance and credentialing is complete and accurate
Support internal business teams during staff absences or busy periods
Qualifications
Strong administration or resourcing experience (preferably in recruitment or healthcare)
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Confident navigating systems, databases, and digital tools
Quick learner who can pick up processes and tech easily
Clear communicator and proactive team player
Recruitment and/or Allocations expertise – ideally, you have experience in one or both
Adaptable & flexible – ready to support different business units and states as needed
Great communicator & team player – building strong relationships is key.
