We're dedicated to making a positive impact on lives while protecting the planet for future generations.About The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Residential Sales & Specification Manager to drive residential segment sales growth across Western Australia.
You will work closely with key retail partners, new home builders, multi-residential developers, kitchen designers, and architects, ensuring Zip continues to be the premium choice in drinking water solutions.Your Key ResponsibilitiesDrive residential sales growth by meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets.Proactively reach out to customers and ensure all leads are followed up in a timely manner.Maintain premium in-store displays and deliver engaging product training.Promote Zip products to kitchen designers and influence multi-residential project specifications.Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, retailers, and designers.Develop and manage Business Development Plans (BDPs) for key retail accounts.Regularly visit sites to support project pipelines and strengthen stakeholder relationships.Ensure all calls and interactions are accurately recorded in OneForce CRM and account information is kept up to date.Provide regular updates on activities and results and actively contribute to team sales meetings.What You BringA proven track record in residential sales or a similar field, supported by measurable achievements.The ability to build and maintain strong relationships architects, builders, developers, retailers, and designers.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinking and planning capability, with a strong focus on identifying opportunities and driving results.Highly organised, self-disciplined, and confident managing multiple priorities.A collaborative approach, contributing to team goals and supporting colleagues across the business.An analytical, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to make well-informed decisions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word), with experience using Salesforce CRM or similar systems viewed favourably.Experience in drinking water treatment or dispensing is an advantage, but not essential.Company BenefitsAccess to a rewards platform, giving all staff access to in-store and online savings from scores of retailers around Australia and New Zealand.Employee Discounts on Zip products and services.Bonus Scheme.Access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
