You'll work closely with us to create an exceptional experience for every client, helping families preserve their cherished memories.
About the Role :
We are looking for a warm, personable, and highly organized Client Relations & Booking Specialist to join our team. Your role will be to connect with warm leads, qualify potential clients, and book in those who are the perfect fit for our relaxed and luxury photography experience. You'll manage client communications, set expectations, and ensure every interaction is a delight. This is not a high-pressure sales role—our focus is on quality, not quotas.
This role will be based at our studio in Myaree, with the potential to work from home for part of the week once fully trained. It would be very well suited to someone wanting to re-enter the workforce after a break to have or raise children. Expected hours are around 10-15 per week, with some flexibility and room to grow. Work hours can be structured to fit during school hours if needed.
What You'll Do:
* Call and connect with warm leads, building genuine relationships
* Qualify leads to ensure they align with our service and values
* Book portrait sessions with the right clients for our style
* Manage client communications from initial inquiry to post-session follow-up
* Ensure client expectations are set and met with exceptional customer service
* Provide a seamless and welcoming experience for all clients
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in phone sales, with a natural and warm approach
* A natural people-person who LOVES speaking on the phone (if phone calls scare you, this is NOT the role for you)
* Comfortable and confident on the phone, with a friendly and professional demeanor
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage client expectations with professionalism and care
* A love for families, kids, and dogs—because we work with them all
