* We maintain low staff-to-child ratios to ensure every child receives the individualised attention they need to thrive.
* Current hourly rate $30.70 to $40.70 inclusive of casual loading (dependent on qualifications and experience) with a further increase in July 2025 pending the outcome of the CPI announcement end of month. In addition, AEIOU has applied for the Worker Retention Payment, and we are currently awaiting the outcome of that decision;

About the Early Intervention Specialist (Educator) position

Who are we looking for?
* You are a passionate Early Childhood Educator seeking a purposeful and meaningful role to make a genuine difference in the lives of children with autism;
* Ideally you hold (or are actively working towards) an ACECQA-approved Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education, or you are studying a relevant Allied Health qualification;
* You currently hold or eligible to hold a Working with Children check (Blue Card) and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance;
* You demonstrate a willingness to learn and apply evidence-based intervention strategies, including autism-specific techniques;
* You have energy and enthusiasm, balanced with patience and kindness.
