Excellent opportunity for an experienced project administrator to join his large ASX listed Australian organisation.
**The Company**
Our client is one of the largest providers of essential services across Australia.
**The Role**
The Project Administrator is responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the areas of operations, project administration and office management across all business units. Some of the responsibilities will involve:
- Management of all facets of project administration including relating to the works program including time and costs for labour, equipment and materials as well as management of invoices
- Assist PM's in ensuring outstanding purchase orders are closed, amended, updated when/where required, therefore supporting project teams in forecasting and reporting project financial performance
- Maintaining any/all registers (for example claim registers, document and work order registers, DBYD etc.);
- Management of compliance and client related documentation for example audits. training records etc.);
- Report collation, archiving and distribution,
- Management of meetings including scheduling of meetings, distribution of the agenda and other materials and minute taking
- Stakeholder management both internal and external suppliers, project managers, finance and field crew
- Project scheduling, monitoring project plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures and timesheets

**Your Profile**
- Prior experience is supporting projects within an engineering/constructions environment
- Strong Administration skills
- Exposure to finance or procurement
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously
- Positive, proactive, professional approach
