St Laurence's College is a Catholic School in the Edmund Rice Tradition with an enrolment of over 2,000 boys from Years 5-12.
Applications are invited for a casual College Nurse to work in our College's Health Centre, commencing as soon as possible. The shift for this role is 7.30am-3.30pm. This position would be a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is looking for work during school hours.
The purpose of the College Nurse's role is being the Triage person who fulfils an important service by being the first point of contact for sick and/or injured students who present at the Health Centre. This position also provides some administrative assistance and support in ensuring the student medical database and procedures are kept up to date.

However, the successful candidate would have:
* At least 2-3 years' nursing experience;
* A formal nursing qualification;
* Registration with AHPRA;
* A current Paid Blue Card or be eligible to apply for one; and
* Demonstrated strong computer skills in all Microsoft applications and database experience in updating and retrieving data for reports (with excellent accuracy).
