Reporting to the Production Manager, the Longwall Coordinator will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating the Maxwell Underground Mining Longwall Team and ensuring the efficient delivery of key organisational objectives.The successful candidate will possess extensive underground mining experience, including experience in operational leadership roles and longwall activities. The Longwall Coordinator will be able to demonstrate engaged and visible leadership and must have excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
