**Senior Analyst Pattern Planning & Rostering Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Workforce Planning Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in designing Cabin Crew patterns and roster solutions that optimize operational stability and minimize crew unit costs while adhering to EBA and industrial agreements.
The successful candidate will have advanced Excel skills, which will be required to demonstrate through an Excel-based competency test prior to the interview. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role. Additionally, you will have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to implement logical checks to improve accuracy or identify process improvements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Create flying patterns (e.g., SYD:PER:CDG)
* Produce compliant rosters
* Respond to crew queries regarding bidding
* Support business decisions and ad-hoc project work as required
**Requirements:**
* Tertiary qualifications in Aviation, Business, Finance, Logistics or equivalent relevant experience
* Advanced Excel skills
* Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
* A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Lateral thinking, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as commercial acumen
* Strong organizational and time management skills
