Are you ready to take the next step in your recruitment career? Protech is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our client. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading mining contractor in a supportive and professional team environment.
The Role
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the business.
* Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective talent acquisition strategies.
* Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting in Salesforce.
* Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Work across multiple sites: Mt Arthur South primarily, with occasional travel to Mt Pleasant and Mt Thorley.
* Flexibility to work from home approximately 2 days per week once fully trained (subject to site requirements).
* Full training provided, along with phone and laptop.
* Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9-hour days.
About You
The successful applicants will have:-
* Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred).
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
* Current Australian Driver's Licence.
* Ability to complete an Order 43 Coal Medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
