Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Project Coordinator position based in Melbourne, VIC. The Junior Project Coordinator will assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget. Responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, liaising with internal teams and external clients, maintaining accurate project documentation, and assisting in project reporting and updates. You will play a key role in supporting the project team to meet goals and deliver excellent outcomes.
Qualifications
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail
* Effective communication and collaboration skills for team coordination and client interaction
* Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and general technology applications
* Ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and work under deadlines effectively
* Experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry is highly desirable
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, or a related field are an advantage
