Customer Service Representative
We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to meet customer needs, achieving agreed performance outcomes, and maintaining compliance obligations.
This permanent part-time role will directly support our purpose by:
* Delivering outstanding customer service to achieve agreed performance goals, enabling customers to achieve their financial objectives.
* Processing transactions, responding to customer inquiries, and promoting our services to broaden and grow our customer base.
* Completing tasks to ensure ongoing compliance with legislation and our policies and processes.
* Maintaining effective communication across all levels of our organization to maintain knowledge and awareness.
To excel in this role, you'll need experience in a customer-facing administrative or retail team, strong organisational and communication skills, and a passion for delivering consistent yet memorable experiences.
The successful candidate will have the ability to balance competing priorities, including answering incoming calls, processing personal loans, serving customers at the counter, and continuous learning and professional development.
