You've led development teams before. You still enjoy writing code. And you care about building great products as much as building great people.
This role gives you the space to do all three.

You'll lead a small, full-stack team, set technical direction, and stay close to the code. The work is greenfield. The stack is modern: .NET 8, React 18, AWS, Kubernetes. And you'll have a solid product and design team backing you up.
To do well here, you'll need real experience leading teams while still coding. You'll be strong in C#, React, TypeScript, and SQL, and understand good practices like SOLID, TDD, and event-driven design. You'll also know how to communicate clearly - with developers, product teams, and stakeholders alike.
