T&T; WA is looking to expand the Cost Management capability within the real estate team to help deliver our vision for within WA

The role is a cost management and estimating support for role in the real estate team, covering cost planning and post contract work, including tendering, tender analysis, contract documentation with progress claims and variation assessments through construction phase.
Cost management service pre to post contract.
Tender Analysis
Contract Documentation (Bills of Quantities)
Estimating across sectors.
Report preparation.
Meeting management.
Client facing.

Qualifications
Minimum requirement is a Degree in Construction.
Achievement of Chartered status with AIQS or RICS or equivalent recognised body is preferable.
3+ years cost management/estimating experience, preferably in a private practice or construction organization with retail focus.
Ability to communicate effectively with both clients and contactors.
Ability to adapt and react to changing demands of projects and client requirements.
Possess the personality that is capable of determining needs for the business and clients.
