About this opportunity:
Being experienced and passionate about retail you will be responsible for:
Providing impeccable customer service to all customers
Creating a personalised shopping experience for the Aje customer, by effectively educating the customer on the sustainable fabrics, features, fit, and functionality of the product.
Acting as a brand ambassador driven by your love for the brand
Visual merchandising, stocking, and restocking shelves
Processing sales accurately through cash handling and the POS (point of sale) system
Utilising our sales techniques to drive sales and be motivated by meeting budget
Becoming a part of the team, including getting up to speed on the products and brand, contributing to our positive team culture whilst working well alongside your co-workers.
You will have:
Previous experience working in a retail environment
Exceptional customer service and sales skills
A love for building lasting relationships with repeat customers
An understanding of achieving performance indicators in a customer-facing environment
Experience and a proven track record of understanding and achieving performance indicators in a customer-facing environment
The love of being a team player
