As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of your store - achieving sales and profit targets, inspiring and developing your team, and ensuring an outstanding experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve and exceed store sales, KPIs, and profitability targets.
* Foster a customer-first culture through exceptional service and engagement.
* Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team, providing ongoing coaching and support.
* Manage daily store operations, including expense control and stock management.
* Drive visual merchandising standards and ensure an inspiring store presentation.
* Maintain accurate stock levels through effective inventory management practices.
* Build a positive, motivated workplace culture focused on success and professional growth.
What We Are Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years of retail management experience (jewellery industry experience highly regarded but not essential).
* A proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering strong KPI results.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* High attention to detail, particularly in store presentation and stock control.
* Self-motivated with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
