With a strong reputation for technical expertise and service excellence, they support sectors such as food processing, cold storage, logistics, and manufacturing etc. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a driven Key Account Manager to join their Melbourne-based team.
Your new role
This is a client-facing position ideal for either an experienced account manager or a senior refrigeration technician ready to step into a leadership role. You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end service delivery for key clients - from quoting and site inspections to contractor coordination and invoicing. Working closely with the internal service team, you'll ensure seamless execution and high client satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and growing key client relationships across Victoria.
* Conducting site visits and preparing accurate service quotes.
* Coordinating contractors and internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
* Overseeing job progress, invoicing, and service reporting.
* Identifying opportunities for account growth and service improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in account management or a senior-level technical background in industrial refrigeration.
* Commercial acumen and confidence in quoting and invoicing.
* A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
* Trade qualifications in refrigeration (highly regarded but not essential).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
