Admissions Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Admissions Coordinator to join our passionate team who love what they do and support the growth of individuals in an aged care environment.
This critical role plays a key part in supporting the home's occupancy goals by managing the end-to-end admissions process.
* You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, their families, and referral partners, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive admission experience.
Working closely with the management team and broader departments, you will contribute to the home's performance through effective stakeholder engagement and local marketing initiatives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Demonstrated customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Understanding of sales processes (desired).
* High-level administration skills.
* Ability to support budgeting and sales target processes.
* Excellent stakeholder management and team-building skills.
* Experience within an aged care environment is advantageous but not essential.
