Maintenance Officer
We're looking for a proactive and community-minded Maintenance Officer to help keep our Green Hills Retirement Community welcoming and beautifully maintained. You'll work closely with the Property Services Manager and the Site Team to support residents and ensure the village runs smoothly.

What you'll be doing:
* Maintain the village's presentation including buildings, windows, pathways, gardens, BBQ areas, outdoor furniture and waste disposal
* Carry out general repairs and routine maintenance for building, equipment and grounds and coordinate with external contractors as required
* Build strong, respectful relationships with site team, residents and service providers/partners
* Support site operations with WHS compliance, budget monitoring and property services administration
* Use your tech skills to manage reporting, stay across maintenance needs and the budget
* Bring a warm, collaborative and solutions-focused approach to every interaction
What you'll need:
* Trade qualifications or hands-on experience in property/building maintenance
* Solid understanding of WHS requirements and a strong safety mindset
* Be approachable, empathetic, honest, patient and kind with a sense of humour
* Take pride in your work while being adaptable (your workplace is someone's home)
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems
* A recent National Criminal History Check suitable for aged care or willingness to acquire
