We are seeking an experienced educator with strong leadership skills to lead our wellbeing programs, policies, and initiatives.
About the Role
* Develop and implement wellbeing programs that promote student welfare and resilience.
* Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals to support students' growth.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of child safety legislation, privacy, and wellbeing frameworks.
* Champion Christian values and encourage students to grow in faith and character.
This is a full-time leadership position reporting to the Deputy Principal – Students and Christian Foundations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* An active member of a local church with a vibrant personal faith.
* A qualified teacher with NESA accreditation and a valid Working With Children Check.
* Experienced in student welfare and wellbeing, with strong leadership and pastoral skills.
