Main Responsibilities
* Accounts Receivable: Manage the preparation and issuance of invoices, review accounts receivable, and follow up on unpaid invoices to maintain accurate financial records.
* Accounts Payable: Process and settle all purchase invoices, tax-related payments, employee expenses, bank account reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and prepare GST returns for both AU and NZ.
* Support Services: Assist with payroll duties and collaborate with the Finance Manager in preparing annual income tax returns for AU and NZ.
* Operational Support: Perform various daily tasks as required by the business, including recruitment travel bookings, trade show logistics, general office duties, and errands.
