Job Description
* Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director and Executive Team.
* Coordinate and manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Organise and manage company events and executive-level meetings.
* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of tasks and projects assigned by the Executive Team.
* Support the team with general office management and administrative duties.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and Executive Team should have:
* Proven experience in a similar role within a professional environment.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
