The role of the Lead Program Developer is to join our team at Shanty Creek Residential Rehabilitation community, located 60km from Cairns. The position involves program development, delivery, including clinical governance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing evidence-based clinical education programs.
* Providing leadership and mentoring skills to support an established team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to relate well with stakeholders.
* Understanding contractual obligations within a Residential facility and developing reports.
* Promoting an inclusive approach to client care, with strong cultural awareness.
Requirements:
* A background in the AOD sector.
* A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or Allied Health field.
* A valid Australian Drivers Licence and a National Police Check.
