Occupational Therapist Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will work with a GEM inpatient population at the Peter James Centre, providing occupational therapy assessment and interventions.
The role involves working collaboratively with the allied health team to provide excellent patient care and supporting complex decision making and effective discharge planning. We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about occupational therapy and has strong communication and organisational skills.
About You:
* AHPRA Registration
* Demonstrated clinical expertise in subacute occupational therapy
* Strong interest in aged care
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to be flexible and change work priorities as required in a dynamic service
* A strong commitment to high quality, evidence based care
* Strong commitment to collaborative interdisciplinary teamwork and patient centered practice
