This Product Specialist position is field-based and will be responsible for managing an assigned customer territory and achieving agreed sales goals for the bariatric supplement’s portfolio at FitForMe. This will be done through the agreed execution measures (call activity, programme implementation, sales activity), driving the relevant educational meetings, and by establishing and developing effective business relationships with internal and external customers.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Sales ActivitiesAchieve or exceed agreed sales targets within the assigned territory.Build and develop business relationships with customers and key stakeholders.Design clearly executable Territory Business Plans, which are aligned with cycle marketing strategies and promotional programs to drive rapid uptake by customers.Develop business opportunities with new and existing customers, including fostering KOL development.Conduct quarterly Territory Business Plan reviews, including market share analysis. Adjust strategies and tactics accordingly to ensure the execution of plans is aligned with business needs.Support new product development and launches as necessary.Attend sales meetings, conferences, training, and other work-related functions as required.Keep up-to-date records of customer contact and sales activities in the company's CRM (Hubspot).Demonstrate a deep understanding of key customer and KOL usage and buyer behavior.Manage business expenses per the Expense Policy guidelines.Therapeutic Knowledge:Maintain an in-depth understanding of relevant human anatomy and physiology, and how supplements are used with these areas.Maintain an in-depth understanding of competitor products and indications.Monitor market trends through personal contact with clinical and commercial customers, attendance of seminars and conferences, and industry peers, reporting back information where relevant to the FitForMe business.Governance:Represent FitForMe in an ethical and professional manner, adhering to the company’s corporate values and business ethics.Adhere to the Industry Code of Conduct guidelines and ensure all sales activities comply with FitForMe’s corporate governance requirements.Job Requirements:The successful applicant will ideally be tertiary qualified and will have gained sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare setting.
