You’ll lead the development and delivery of engaging internal communications and impactful water education initiatives that resonate with diverse stakeholders. With a strong focus on digital excellence, you’ll also ensure our communication channels are governed with best practice, aligned with NSW Government standards, and continuously improved to enhance customer experience About You You’re a strategic communicator with experience in internal communications, digital content, and stakeholder engagement. You translate complex information into clear, user-focused messaging across digital platforms. You manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines and budgets. You understand governance and best practice for digital channels, aligned with NSW Government standards. You build strong relationships to improve communication and education outcomes. You lead and support junior staff to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. You stay across industry trends to anticipate needs and improve services. You contribute to cohesive communication strategies and foster collaborative working relationships.
