Job Description
In this role, you will take the lead in delivering consistent, high-quality HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You will guide a team of HR Operations consultants, ensure data accuracy, and improve systems and processes to support both employees and managers. Working closely with the National Manager - HR Operations, you will identify ways to boost efficiency, enhance service delivery, and ensure compliance with policy and legislation. You will:
* Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the HR Operations team by fostering a collaborative, service-focused team culture.
* Oversee the delivery of core HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee movements, benefits administration and HR data management.
* Monitor the quality and timeliness of Level 1 HR services, ensuring a responsive, accurate and consistent employee experience.
* Coordinate the ongoing maintenance and optimisation of HR systems, platforms, and SharePoint resources.
* Ensure accurate and compliant management of employee records, contracts, and documentation.
* Support the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
* Work closely with Payroll and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and data accuracy.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation and better use of technology.
* Analyse operational metrics and prepare reporting for the National Manager HR Operations.
* Act as a point of escalation for complex operational issues and enquiries.
* Contribute to audits, risk assessments and compliance reviews as required.

* Intermediate to advanced experience with SuccessFactors HRIS, with strong reporting and analytics capability, alongside proficiency in SharePoint and document management systems.

* High level of attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Strong data management and reporting skills
