We’re currently seeking 3–4 reliable Support Workers to join our team supporting an adult male participant based in Victor Harbor, SA.
Support Requirements:
This role involves a mix of in-home and community access support. The participant is fairly independent but requires structured support to maintain routines and access the community safely.
Support includes:
· Assisting with community access (including attending volunteer work twice per week)
· Supporting hobbies and interests (craft / patchwork / sewing)
· General in-home support and supervision
· Encouraging independence and structured engagement
The participant has Autism and a heart condition, so we are seeking workers who are calm, patient, and attentive.
Shifts Available:
· 3-4 hour shifts
· 3-4 days per week·

Client Preferences:
· Experience working with Autism preferred
· Reliable and comfortable working independently

Pay: $34.00 – $45.75 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 38 per week
