Role
Our client is seeking an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer who prides themselves on their drafting skills, commercial acumen, technical expertise in M&A transactions and an ability to build and sustain key client relationships.
You will be working in a collegial, hard working team led by a highly rated partner who is committed to the career development of their lawyers. The team focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate advisory and financial services. They also provide advice on general corporate and commercial matters such as ASX disclosure issues, corporate governance issues, directors' duties and other general corporate securities law issues. You will have experience in liaising with regulatory bodies, including ASX and ASIC.
