We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill a key role within our finance team. As a Finance Officer, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, supporting compliance and reporting, and helping us scale with confidence.

* You will play a crucial part in processing payments accurately and on time, including international transactions. You will also manage accounts payable, including invoice processing and reconciliation in Xero.
* Supporting month-end financial reporting will be an important aspect of this role, as you work closely with departments across the business to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
* Maintaining accurate records of invoices, receipts and financial statements is critical to the success of this position.
* Liaising with external stakeholders, including vendors and service providers, is also an essential duty of this role.
* Collaborating with the Finance and HQ teams to improve systems and processes will help drive growth and efficiency within the organization.
This role sits within our Finance team and reports to our Head of Finance. You will work closely with the broader Finance and HQ teams to manage transactional finance, support reporting and compliance, and contribute to the overall financial health of the business.

* Experience in book keeping, accounts payable or equivalent is essential.
* Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software is necessary.
* A strong attention to detail and accuracy is vital in this role.
* An analytical and solutions-focused approach will enable you to identify and implement improvements.

* The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities is essential.
