Role Overview
A Fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Fixed Wireless Site Asset Manager reporting to Manager Fixed Wireless Tower Management and Resilience. The Fixed Wireless Site Asset Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, compliance, performance, and long‐term optimisation of nbn's Fixed Wireless tower and ground assets.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the maintenance, compliance, performance and long‐term optimisation of nbn's Fixed Wireless tower and ground assets.
* Manage key maintenance programmes such as tower repairs, vegetation management, fall‐arrest certification and asset hardening to ensure infrastructure remains safe, reliable and cost‐effective.
* Drive governance, performance monitoring, audit compliance and strategic planning initiatives to improve asset resilience, operational efficiency and alignment with industry best practices.
* Engage stakeholders and manage finances, including working with internal teams, delivery partners, landowners, maintenance budgets, invoices and escalations.
Qualifications
* Strong technical knowledge of wireless telecommunications infrastructure, including site construction processes, mains power configurations and access track construction and repairs.
* Experience supervising and managing mobile telecommunications site builds.
* Financial acumen in invoice validation, approvals and commercial processes.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, service providers and delivery partners.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to manage drawings, legal documentation, financial records and multiple priorities effectively.
