Clinical Leadership Role
The primary objective of this position is to provide clinical leadership and management to the site-based team, excluding Community Engagement, Medical Receptionist, and Peer Worker staff. This role focuses on the day-to-day delivery of excellence in quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are implemented and met.
Collaboration with the Clinical Services Manager and Operations Manager for Tasmania will support innovation and quality improvement for the region to ensure evidence-based outcomes for individuals accessing the service.
Essential Requirements
* Hold a mental health-related degree as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Mental Health Nurse, or be a Mental Health Social Worker eligible for related registration.
* Experience leading a multidisciplinary team or extensive experience as a Senior Clinician providing clinical support to a team, including the ability to lead coordination of care for individuals with complex needs.
* Highly developed communication skills, enabling engagement with consumers, advocacy on their behalf, and establishment of effective relationships with staff, clients, families, and stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience in managing clinical governance, supervision, and mentoring of staff, process development, monitoring, data capture, and reporting to meet key contractual benchmarks.
