* Coordinating the ordering, receiving, storing, and dispatching of aircraft parts and equipment
* Building strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of parts
* Recording and tracking inventory within the GANNET maintenance management system
* Maintaining correct segregation and documentation for aeronautical vs non‐aeronautical stores
* Managing stock levels, shelf-life items, and supporting annual stocktakes across bases
* Preparing and dispatching items in line with regulatory and Dangerous Goods requirements
* Supporting compliance with Toll HSSEQ standards, CASA regulations, and internal procedures
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and participating in base meetings/training
What You'll Bring

Technical experience

* Experience in aviation stores, technical stores, or a regulated logistics environment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to procedural compliance
* Understanding of CASA requirements and aeronautical product control (or willingness to learn)
* Sound computer skills—Microsoft Office and SAP proficiency preferred
* Ability to identify and manage technical components used in aircraft maintenance

More about you:

* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Integrity, accountability, and a safety‐first mindset
* Flexibility around operational requirements
* Ability to work in hangar environments, confined spaces and on platforms around aircraft
* Analytical mindset for accurate forecasting and stock control
Qualifications & Licences
* Minimum 2 years' experience in aviation or a similar regulated technical environment
* Knowledge of Civil Aviation Regulations
* Australian Driver's Licence
* Ability to obtain/hold an Aviation Security Identity Card (ASIC)
