As a Rural Equine Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in rural retail settings.


About the Role

* Lead the equine and nutrition category, guiding customers through feed choices, supplements, and seasonal care while supporting general merchandise sales.
* Maintain visually appealing displays, signage, and stock levels with seasonal flair.
* Stay up-to-date on products and provide expert advice to customers on equine care and nutritional needs.
* Manage inventory and ordering, coordinating with suppliers as needed to ensure seamless operations.
* Contribute to campaign development, shaping signage and promotions around horse racing, breeding, clubs, and local events.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven sales leadership experience in retail or related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
