LEAP Program Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the growth and delivery of our LEAP program, a key initiative in efforts to end Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence and Homelessness in the Northern Territory.
\
* Lead the design and delivery of trauma-aware, strengths-based, and culturally safe programs that elevate lived experience voices in homelessness and DFSV.
* Build strong partnerships with government, community, and sector stakeholders to support advocacy and impact.
* Oversee sub-contractors, partners and program components, including culturally specific initiatives and evaluations.
* Promote LEAP and the Amplifying Voices Program, and support ethical, participant-led advocacy.

About You
\
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can lead our LEAP program and build strong relationships with diverse communities.
\
* Relevant qualifications and sector experience in social work, community development, health promotion, or related fields (postgraduate desirable).
* A strong background in lived experience advocacy and program management.
* Proven ability to build trusted relationships with diverse communities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, CALD groups, and senior stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice, co-design principles, and the ethical foundations of lived experience advisory bodies.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce complex documentation and facilitate inclusive, accessible engagement.
