**Your Role**
As the first face our employees and visitors see and healthcare workers connect with over the phone, you'll create meaningful connections and ensure smooth operations across the office. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling high volumes of calls and queries.
- Managing reception and meeting rooms.
- Assisting with internal events and facilities management.
- Keeping our office running seamlessly with ordering, housekeeping, and admin tasks.
**About You**
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
- Experience in customer-focused roles like reception, administration, or call centres.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- A polished, professional presence and exceptional communication skills.
**This is a full-time, in-office position (8:00 am - 4:30 pm).**
