Description

We are a Force For Valuable. We are selective about who comes on board and are looking for a talented Executive Assistant to join our Nuix team to support our Executive Vice President, APAC and Global Alliances, and Chief Marketing Officer. The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in providing high‑level administrative support to our Leadership Team. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage complex tasks efficiently. This position will be based in our Sydney office and the candidate is required to attend the office 4–5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

- Diary management, international and local travel and expense management, with the ability to juggle priorities and present curated options to the Executive where relevant.
- Handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations. Collating input from the team for monthly Board Reports, and raising Purchase Orders.
- Coordinating correspondence with internal and external stakeholders to support Executives.
- Planning & executing internal team offsites & events, such as virtual and in-person Town Halls.
- Undertake special projects or other ad-hoc duties as reasonably required, including onboarding new team members.
- Identify and implement operational improvements.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

- 5+ years in a similar role within a global, fast-paced, agile organisation with multiple stakeholders and competing demands.
- Advanced written/verbal communication skills across all levels, with global experience and cultural sensitivity preferred.
- Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Office systems, cloud platforms, and Teams; demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with high attention to detail, prioritise workload effectively, and perform well under pressure.
- Strong professionalism in work presentation and stakeholder interactions; handles sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
- Strategic problem-solving approach with initiative, excellent follow-through, team-oriented mindset, and ambition to learn and develop professionally.
- A good understanding of web technologies, digital marketing tools, and platforms such as Google Analytics, and various CRM systems.
- Experienced in mentoring team members.
