About Your New Role
With permanent part-time roles available, you'll provide support to help customers navigate challenges and reach their potential. Shifts range from morning, afternoon, evening and overnights where every day will be different, but your duties may include assistance with personal care, household duties, cooking and medication management. Above all, you will provide companionship and build meaningful, caring relationships.

About You
* Excel in complex support environments, including In-Home Supports, Supported Independent Living, Clinical Settings, and Community Access.
* Maintain effective communication and strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Have experience working with complex support needs, implementing Positive Behavioural Support Plans, and handling mental health challenges.
* Provide support by helping customers achieve their goals and developing daily skills.
What You Need
* Current Driver's Licence (P2 minimum)
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
