The Role: An exciting and hands-on role to run the establishment's high-volume rooftop cocktail bar and restaurant. You can get creative, pitch new ideas to the Venue Manager, and get stuck into something super exciting for Summer. They are looking for someone who is front-of-house focused, has strong service skills, and has cocktail and wine knowledge. You will be responsible for driving great team morale and boosting staff performance while also focusing on delivering exceptional service. The venue is already up and running, but it needs someone to come in and take hold of the reins to continue steering this incredible, sophisticated, and sexy venue. There is an event element of the role, but experience isn’t a necessity. This role would be suitable for a Restaurant Manager or someone who is fed up of 6am nightclub finishes. A good mix of days and nights, 10pm finishes mid week. You will be working alongside the Venue Manager and managing front-line staff daily.
