Job Description Prepare and reconcile financial statements and reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently. Assist with billing and claims processing for Residential Aged Care and Home Care, including invoicing and reconciliation of government subsidies and client contributions. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial operations and reporting. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Officer should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Exposure to Sage, MYOB and Xero highly desired A strong understanding of financial principles and practices. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders effectively. The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in the Aged Care industry (preferred but not essential). What's on Offer Competitive salary between $80,000 and $90,000 super.
