We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Your Key Responsibilities

* You will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR administration, including maintaining accurate personnel files, processing contracts and letters, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

* You will also be required to interface with our bespoke HR system to ensure accurate information is fed into the database.
">
">
* In addition, you will assist with employee relations issues in a confidential manner, including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability proceedings.
">
">
* You will work closely with management to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.
">
">
* You will also be responsible for supporting the hotel with departmental training requirements, including inductions, work experience, careers fairs, and training materials.
">
">
* You will handle pay reviews, absence monitoring, and wage queries in line with company guidelines.
">
">
* You will also organize team member events within the hotel and assist with resolving team member and management queries.
">
">
* Additionally, you will update all internal communications and manage rewards, benefits, and recognition programs.
">
">
* You will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
">
">
* You will provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other members of the HR team as required.
">

About You
">
To succeed in this role, you should have:

* Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in hotels.
">
">
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Hotel Management.
">
">
* Good communication and people skills.
">
">
* Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally.

">
* Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.

* Ability to work under pressure.

* Ability to work on their own or in teams.
