Role Overview:
This is a key role in delivering high-quality clinical education to nursing and midwifery staff, students, and service needs. The ideal candidate will have current registration (or eligibility) as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with a minimum of 3 years post-registration experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality clinical education through the development, coordination, and evaluation of training programs.
* Lead professional development initiatives and provide mentorship, competency assessment, and evidence-based guidance to enhance individual and team performance.
* Support service excellence and safety by using data-driven insights to align practice with policy, drive quality improvement, and embed culturally responsive care.
* Collaborate on strategic projects, contribute to research, innovation, and change management to improve educational outcomes and clinical service delivery.
* Champion professional leadership, act as a role model and expert resource while shaping future leaders through structured performance development and capability planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, and demonstrated ability to design, deliver and evaluate education programs across clinical and community settings.
