**The role**:
**In addition to this, you will be responsible for**:
- Provide advice to Queensland Health projects and programs on the capacity, resource requirements and timeframes to deliver interfacing solutions
- Liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders with a customer service focus, to resolve issues relating to priorities, technical concepts, key technical decisions, scheduling, and Queensland Health's change management processes
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge or the ability to acquire knowledge in the monitoring and supporting of (SFIA: SINT Level 4):
- Application integration interfaces (highly desirable)
- Web service technologies (REST/SOAP)
- Spring Boot
- Familiarity with the following is highly desirable:
- Java 2EE development
- Sun JCAPS 5.1.3 or later, (SFIA: TECH Level 4)
- Using Lyniate Rhapsody Integration Engine 6.5 or later
- Knowledge of scripting technologies (Python/BASH) (SFIA: PROG Level 2)
- Familiarity with the ITIL methodology and processes (SFIA: METL Level 4)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key internal project stakeholders to enable delivery of the required healthcare outcomes (SFIA: RLMT Level 4)
- Demonstrated interpersonal, consultation, negotiation and communication skills to enable effective interaction with technical and non-technical staff
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are achieved.
