* Ability to work from the Berrinba Site full time – (Mon‐Fri 6am‐3pm, some additional hours as required)

About The Role
As the Fulfilment Centre Manager, you will oversee the operational activities of the Berrinba Fulfilment Centre. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring that operational targets are consistently achieved. This role requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Some Tasks As Part Of This Role Include
* Provide leadership and management of trade store personnel
* Establish and maintain a productive, co‐operative team environment where customer service is paramount and sales KPIs are achieved
* Ensure financial compliance and due diligence on site
* Effectively manage trade store profit & loss whilst implementing strategies to effect change where required
* Full responsibility for managing site inventory
* Provide management with industry‐relevant market intelligence
* Effectively manage sales and promotional activities at trade store
* Manage transport resources to ensure a safe and efficient delivery service
