Are you a passionate, creative all-rounder looking to grow your career in residential interior design? We are a boutique design firm specializing in bespoke properties and unique interiors, and we’re looking for a Junior Designer to join our small, cooperative team.
With offices in both London and the Gold Coast, Raven & Lack is a house of design and interior design studio that represents the creative partnership between Rae Underhill and Adriel Lack. The team is driven by collaboration, innovation, and timeless design, delivering high quality and service with commercial awareness in the international market.
With over 30 years of combined industry experience creating luxury properties around the world, Raven & Lack has built a portfolio of projects and an understanding of client expectations within the luxury sector. Our current workload spans the Gold Coast, London, and the Middle East in various design phases. We prioritise a client-centric approach and collaboration with property owners to realise their unique vision. Our team aims to create innovative, beautiful, and functional spaces that exceed client expectations.

What you’ll do
- Support the design team across all stages of residential projects, from concept to completion
- Assist with FF&E; selection, sourcing, and scheduling
- Contribute to IA drawing packages as well as bespoke furniture design and detailing
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and documentation
- Liaise with suppliers and assist in project coordination
What we’re looking for
- 1–2 years’ experience in interior design (residential experience preferred)
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD/SketchUp/Adobe Suite or similar)
- Someone who thrives in a boutique studio environment – hands-on, flexible, and resourceful
- A genuine passion for interiors, design, and creating beautiful spaces
- Be part of a close-knit team where your creativity and initiative are valued
