We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a busy insurance environment on a 6-month contract. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, bring structure to in-flight initiatives, finalise delivery artefacts, and drive clear, practical outcomes across claims automation and reporting initiatives. You will work closely with local stakeholders and the international head office, so strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills are essential. About the Role You will lead and deliver a claims dashboard initiative focused on improving how claims are received and processed, including: Managing delivery from current-state through to future-state claims processes Driving an automation project (broker notifications through to the core system) Defining and managing scope, priorities, timelines, risks, and resourcing with SME teams Coordinating training requirements and impacted user groups Managing rollout planning across multiple business lines Producing clear project documentation, reporting, and delivery artefacts Tracking progress, dependencies, and issues to ensure milestones are met You will also manage the business delivery of a Snowflake reporting launch, including: Coordinating and documenting business reporting requirements Owning the reporting requirements and delivery plan (not hands-on implementation) Managing testing phases (internal testing, test criteria, and UAT coordination) Acting as the primary interface between business and technical stakeholders Ensuring delivery remains aligned to business outcomes and timelines What We're Looking For Proven experience delivering projects in complex or regulated environments Strong capability in planning, governance, documentation, and stakeholder management Experience delivering automation or automation-enabled initiatives Ability to translate technical concepts into clear delivery plans, updates, and training materials Highly organised, outcome-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Exposure to reporting platforms such as Snowflake A self-starter who can work independently and keep delivery moving A strong critical thinker who can manage dependencies, risks, and competing priorities
