About the role details
As our Mental Health and Wellbeing Advisor, you'll lead the development and implementation of strategic frameworks that promote psychological safety, reduce psychosocial risks, and embed a culture of wellbeing across our diverse workforce.
You will work closely with People & Culture, Safety, and operational leaders to:
* Design and deliver mental health and wellbeing strategies aligned with best practice and legislative compliance
* Analyse organisational data to identify psychosocial hazards and recommend improvements
* Provide expert advice on case management, return to work, and reasonable adjustments
* Lead organisation-wide wellbeing initiatives and training programs
* Manage external wellbeing service providers and ensure quality outcomes
* Champion a culture of care, inclusion, and continuous improvement
About you and what you bring
Essential:
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Mental Health, or a related field
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar advisory or strategic wellbeing role
* Strong knowledge of psychosocial risk, mental health legislation, and injury management
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and coaching skills
* Current Driver's Licence
Desirable:
* Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety
* Experience in aged care, community services, or child and family services
