We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager
to help us grow and strengthen our commercial footprint across Gippsland and beyond.
About the Role
This is a dynamic position for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving business development, and showcasing value. You'll lead the full commercial pipeline – from marketing and tendering through to sales and key account management.
Your focus will be on:
* Driving growth
through new business opportunities and tenders.
* Building strong networks
with clients, industry partners, and community stakeholders.
* Boosting brand awareness
through proactive marketing initiatives.
* Articulating LVE's value proposition
with confidence and clarity.
* Collaborating internally
to align opportunities with our capabilities.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in
sales, business development, and marketing
, including the development and implementation of effective sales strategies.
* Strong
customer service
and
communication skills
, with the ability to address client needs and build lasting relationships.
* Knowledge of
Gippsland's local industry and economic landscape
.
* Experience with
tender preparation and contract negotiation
.
* Expertise in
business planning
with the ability to spot opportunities and achieve organizational objectives.
* Prior experience in
not-for-profit
or
community-focused organisations
is an advantage.
