About This Role
This position is responsible for providing effective, cost-controlled maintenance support for clients, ensuring exceptional product support and service. The role involves responding promptly to maintenance calls and emails, coordinating with authorized repairers, and providing repair authorizations aligned with vehicle contracts and approval levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Foster a customer service culture emphasizing accountability, engagement, and ownership of the customer experience. Promote collaboration within a proactive environment, with team members owning their KPIs and striving for high customer satisfaction.
* Manage and control servicing and repair costs for fleet vehicles.
* Minimize vehicle downtime (VOR).
* Maximize vehicle warranties, including post-warranty support for manufacturer product issues and premature repairs.
Skills and Qualifications
* Qualification in Automotive or equivalent.
* Extensive experience in the motor industry.
* Experience in customer service roles and negotiating with suppliers.
* Strong technical and numerical skills, with thoroughness and accuracy in knowledge sharing.
