About The Role
As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and service standards of our branch. You will be leading a small team of Customer Service Officers and responsible for bringing the best out of the team. You'll also be accountable for the performance of the branch including deposit targets and loan referrals alongside a dedicated Relationship Manager. This position is based at our Mile End Branch. Reporting to the National Manager - Retail, key responsibilities include:
Leading, mentoring, and empowering your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Driving achievement of branch KPIs and sales targets
Ensuring branch operations align with risk and compliance frameworks
Representing the bank at off-site pop-up events
Identifying and implementing continuous improvements to branch procedures
